The West Iredell Warriors basketball team (Statesville, NC), was nudged 25-20 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Wilkes Central Eagles (Wilkesboro, NC)
The Eagles now possess a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Starmount for a non-league battle on Friday, December 1.
The Warriors (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against South Iredell (Statesville, NC). The Vikings come into the non-league battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, South Iredell edged Bandys (Catawba, NC), 30-22, in a non-league battle.
