The Concord Academy Eagles basketball team scored 65 points and held the host Hickory Grove Christian Lions to 32 in the Eagles league triumph on Tuesday.
The Eagles now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host SouthLake Christian Academy for a contest on Thursday, November 30. Concord Academy will battle a team coming off a 54-36 league win over Metrolina Christian Academy (Indian Trail, NC). The record now stands at 6-2.
The Lions (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Gaston Christian (Gastonia, NC). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, Gaston Christian triumphed over Northside Christian Academy (Charlotte, NC), 47-42, in a non-league contest.
