The Huss Huskies (Gastonia, NC) basketball nipped the host Hickory Red Tornadoes (Hickory, NC), 41-34 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Huskies (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Hickory (Hickory, NC). The Red Tornadoes go into the non-league test with a 0-1 record.
