High Point Academy Grizzlies (Spartanburg, SC) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Spartanburg Day Griffins (Spartanburg, SC), 54-20 in a non-league bout.
With the win, High Point Academy upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Grizzlies host Greer Middle College (Taylors, SC) to play the Blazers in a non-league bout on Thursday, November 30. The Blazers go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Griffins play the Christ School Greenies (Arden, NC) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, November 30. Spartanburg Day will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Greenies go into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 74-52 non-league win over Victory Christian Academy (Gastonia, NC).
