In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City Bobcats basketball squad scored a nice 68-50 victory over the Fisher Bunnies.

With the victory, Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City upgrades its record to 2-2 on the year. The Bobcats host Neoga (Neoga, IL) to face the Indians in a National Trail match on Tuesday, December 2. The Indians enter the match with a record of 0-2. Neoga lost 60-29 in their recent non-league match against Nokomis (Nokomis, IL)

Next, the Bunnies face the Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley Falcons (Gibson City, IL) in a Heart of Illinois outing, on Friday, December 5. Fisher will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Falcons enter the outing with a 3-0 record after their 56-53 non-league win over Prairie Central (Fairbury, IL).
