The St. Andrews-Sewanee Mountain Lions basketball team scored 38 points and held the host Berean Academy Eagle to 32 in the Mountain Lions non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Mountain Lions now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Whitwell for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 1. St. Andrews-Sewanee will meet a Tigers team coming off a 66-36 non-league loss to Bledsoe County (Pikeville, TN). The Tigers record now stands at 1-6.
With the defeat, Berean Academy moves to 0-1 on the year. The Eagle host Lookout Valley (Chattanooga, TN) to face the Yellowjackets in a non-league game on Thursday, December 1. The Yellowjackets enter the game with a record of 0-0.
