North Carolina High School Basketball - Holmes overwhelms Perquimans

November 29, 2022: Edenton, NC 27932

Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Holmes Aces (Edenton, NC) and the visiting Perquimans Pirates (Hertford, NC), saw Holmes's basketball squad wallop Perquimans by a tally of 86-36.

With the victory, Holmes improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Aces travel to Pamlico County (Bayboro, NC) to confront the Hurricanes in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 2. The Hurricanes come into the challenge with a record of 0-2. Pamlico County lost 53-50 in their recent non-league challenge against West Carteret (Morehead City, NC)

Next up, the Pirates confront the Pasquotank County Panthers (Elizabeth City, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 2. Perquimans will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record.
