Texas High School Basketball - New Braunfels Thunder knocked off by Keystone

The Keystone Cobras basketball team scored 70 points and held the visiting New Braunfels Thunder Thunder to 50 in the Cobras non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Cobras now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host New Braunfels Christian Academy for a TAPPS 3A District 6 contest on Friday, January 13.
The Thunder (4-6) will now prepare for their contest against First Baptist Academy (Universal City, TX). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 2-5 record. In their last contest, First Baptist Academy was defeated by Hill Country Christian (San Marcos, TX), 52-50, in a non-league contest.
