The Pymatuning Valley Lakers basketball team scored 82 points and restricted the visiting Lakeside Dragons to 59 in the Lakers non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Lakers now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Conneaut for a non-league contest on Friday, December 2. Pymatuning Valley will battle a Spartans team coming off a 63-41 non-league loss to Geneva (Geneva, OH). The Spartans record now stands at 0-1.
The Dragons (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Madison (Madison, OH). The Blue Streaks come into the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Madison triumphed over Geneva (Geneva, OH), 56-50, in a non-league bout.
