Sanger Indians (Sanger, TX) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Whitesboro Bearcats (Whitesboro, TX), 58-42 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Sanger upgrades its record to 3-3 on the campaign. The Indians host Aubrey (Aubrey, TX) to play the Chaparrals in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 1. The Chaparrals come into the bout with a record of 2-1. Aubrey won 59-47 in their recent non-league bout against Princeton (Princeton, TX)

Next up, the Bearcats play the Grapevine Faith Christian Lions (Grapevine, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 2. Whitesboro will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Lions come into the bout with a 10-3 record after their 60-49 non-league loss to Krum (Krum, TX).
