The White Castle Bulldogs basketball team scored 57 points and held the visiting Donaldsonville Tigers to 24 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mandeville for a non-league contest on Friday, December 2. White Castle will meet a Skippers team coming off a 70-29 non-league win over University Lab (Baton Rouge, LA). The Skippers record now stands at 3-3.
The Tigers (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Plaquemine (Plaquemine, LA). The Green Devils enter the non-league contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Plaquemine was routed by Edna Karr (New Orleans, LA), 23-17, in a non-league contest.
