North Carolina High School Basketball - Middle Creek nudges Fuquay - Varina

November 29, 2022: Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526

In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Middle Creek Mustangs (Apex, NC) basketball squad edged the host Fuquay - Varina Bengals (Fuquay-Varina, NC), by a margin of 38-33.

The Mustangs (2-0) will now prepare for their outing against Sanderson (Raleigh, NC). The Spartans go into the non-league outing with a 0-2 record. In their last outing, Sanderson was tipped by Cary (Cary, NC), 51-43, in a non-league outing.

The Bengals now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they host Apex for a non-league outing on Friday, December 2. Fuquay - Varina will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 67-39 non-league loss to Northwood (Pittsboro, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 1-2.
