With the victory, Seymour upgrades its record to 9-0 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Merkel (Merkel, TX) to play the Badgers in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 1. The Badgers come into the bout with a record of 2-2. Merkel lost 58-53 in their recent non-league bout against Hermleigh (Hermleigh, TX)

Next up, the Bearcats play the Haskell Indians (Haskell, TX) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 1. Henrietta will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record. The Indians come into the bout with a 4-1 record after their 48-38 non-league win over Eula (Clyde, TX).
