The Sloan-Hendrix Greyhounds basketball team scored 63 points and held the visiting Maynard Tigers to 32 in the Greyhounds non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Greyhounds now sport a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Side for a 2A Region 2 contest on Tuesday, December 5. Sloan-Hendrix will battle a Hornet team coming off a 68-46 league loss to White County Central (Judsonia, AR). The Hornet record now stands at 7-6.

The Tigers (6-7) will now prepare for their contest against Ridgefield Christian (Jonesboro, AR). The Warriors enter the 1A Region 3 contest with a 5-8 record. In their last contest, Ridgefield Christian was routed by Marked Tree (Marked Tree, AR), 75-32, in a league contest.
