Ohio High School Basketball - Geneva thwarts Berkshire

The Geneva Eagles (Geneva, OH) basketball knocked off the host Berkshire Badgers (Burton, OH), 48-35 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Eagles now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Madison for a Chagrin Valley - Lake contest on Tuesday, December 5. Geneva will battle a Blue Streaks team coming off a 44-37 non-league win over Trinity (Garfield Heights, OH). The Blue Streaks record now stands at 2-0.
The Badgers (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Southeast (Ravenna, OH). The Pirates enter the non-league contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Southeast ran past Firestone (Akron, OH), 40-37, in a non-league contest.
