The Buffalo Gap Bison (Swoope, VA) basketball crushed the visiting Nelson County Governors (Lovingston, VA), 55-9 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Bison (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Alleghany (Covington, VA). The Cougars go into the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Alleghany walloped Roanoke Catholic (Roanoke, VA), 49-12, in a non-league test.
The Governors now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Amherst County for a non-league test on Wednesday, December 6. Nelson County will encounter a Lancers squad coming off a 83-0 non-league win over Nelson County (Lovingston, VA). The Lancers record now stands at 1-0.
