The Westover Patriots basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Dougherty Trojans to 38 in the Patriots non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Patriots now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Crisp County for a non-league contest on Monday, December 4.
The Trojans (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Cairo (Cairo, GA). The Syrupmakers enter the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.
