South Carolina High School Basketball - Kingstree can't hold off Manning

The Manning Monarchs basketball team scored 34 points and held the host Kingstree Blazers to 28 in the Monarchs non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Monarchs now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host East Clarendon for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 2. Manning will battle a Wolverines team coming off a 23-19 non-league loss to Lamar (Lamar, SC). The Wolverines record now stands at 0-2.
The Blazers (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Hemingway (Hemingway, SC). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Hemingway nudged Mullins (Mullins, SC), 79-45, in a non-league contest.
