Ebarb Rebels (Noble, LA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Stanley Panthers (Logansport, LA), 62-47 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Ebarb upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Rebels travel to Pleasant Hill (Pleasant Hill, LA) to clash with the Eagles in a C District 3 bout on Friday, November 4. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Pleasant Hill lost 73-54 in their recent non-league bout against Choudrant (Choudrant, LA)

Next up, the Panthers clash with the Doyline Panthers (Doyline, LA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, November 7. Stanley will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 90-58 non-league win over Kilbourne (Kilbourne, LA).
