The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Harbor Pirates (Santa Cruz, CA) and the visiting Half Moon Bay Cougars (Half Moon Bay, CA), saw Harbor's volleyball squad nip Half Moon Bay by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, Harbor upgrades its record to 29-7 on the year. The Pirates travel to Mercy (Burlingame, CA) to play the Crusaders in a non-league bout on Saturday, November 5. The Crusaders go into the bout with a record of 22-9. Mercy won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Carmel (Carmel, CA)

The Cougars now own a 13-19 record.
