The Springer Red Devils prevailed the visiting Roy/Mosquero Blue or Lady Blue volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Thursday's league test.
The Red Devils now have a 17-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cimarron for a 1A District 5 test on Saturday, November 5. Springer will confront a Rams team coming off a 3-1 league win over Wagon Mound (Wagon Mound, NM). The Rams record now stands at 11-10.
The Blue or Lady Blue (18-5) will now prepare for their test against Des Moines (Des Moines, NM). The Demons enter the 1A District 5 test with a 7-11 record. In their last test, Des Moines dropped by Springer (Springer, NM), 3-0, in a league test.
