The Mason County Royals football team (Maysville, KY), was tipped 14-7 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Boyd County Lions (Ashland, KY)
The Lions (6-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Johnson Central (Paintsville, KY). The Golden Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 8-3 record. In their last challenge, Johnson Central nipped Grant County (Dry Ridge, KY), 54-14, in a non-league challenge.
