The Nuiqsut Trapper Trappers held off the visiting Harold Kaveolook Rams volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Friday's league test.
The Trappers now have a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Nunamiut for a Mix 6 North Slope test on Friday, November 3. Nuiqsut Trapper will confront a Amaguq team coming off a 3-0 league win over Meade River (Atqasuk, AK). The Amaguq record now stands at 8-1.
The Rams (0-10) will now prepare for their test against Nunamiut (Anaktuvik Pass, AK). The Amaguq enter the Mix 6 North Slope test with a 8-1 record. In their last test, Nunamiut held off Meade River (Atqasuk, AK), 3-0, in a league test.
