In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting Carolina Day Wildcats basketball squad scored a nice 60-49 victory over the Combine Academy Regional Goats.
With the victory, Carolina Day upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Wildcats host Calvary Day School (Winston-Salem, NC) to face the Cougars in a non-league match on Saturday, November 8. The Cougars enter the match with a record of 0-0.
The Goats now sport a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kid Star Rising Christian Academy for a non-league contest on Friday, November 7.
