With the victory, Covenant Christian Academy improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Cougars host Marie Philip (Framingham, MA) to confront the Galloping Ghosts in a Massachusetts Bay 2 challenge on Monday, December 5. The Galloping Ghosts come into the challenge with a record of 2-0. Marie Philip won 74-15 in their recent non-league challenge against New York School for the Deaf (White Plains, NY)

Next up, the Mermaids confront the Brimmer & May Gators (Chestnut Hill, MA) in a Massachusetts Bay 2 challenge, on Friday, December 2. Commonwealth will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
