The Chillicothe Cavaliers basketball team scored 59 points and held the visiting McClain Tigers to 28 in the Cavaliers league triumph on Wednesday.
The Cavaliers now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hillsboro for a Frontier contest on Wednesday, December 7. Chillicothe will meet a Indians team coming off a 58-33 non-league loss to Lynchburg-Clay (Lynchburg, OH). The Indians record now stands at 2-4.
The Tigers (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Clinton-Massie (Clarksville, OH). The Falcons enter the non-league contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Clinton-Massie was routed by Wilmington (Wilmington, OH), 46-24, in a league contest.
