Ocracoke Dolphins (Ocracoke, NC) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Washington Montessori Eagles (Washington, NC), 39-24 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Ocracoke upgrades its record to 2-2 on the season. The Dolphins travel to Chatham Central (Bear Creek, NC) to clash with the Bears in a non-league bout on Friday, December 2. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 2-1. Chatham Central lost 48-37 in their recent non-league bout against Southwestern Randolph (Asheboro, NC)

Next up, the Eagles clash with the Pamlico Christian Academy Mariners (Grantsboro, NC) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 6. Washington Montessori will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
