With the victory, Pioneer improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Branham (San Jose, CA) to confront the Bruins in a challenge on Tuesday, January 10. The Bruins come into the challenge with a record of 4-1.

Next up, the Saints confront the Milpitas Trojans (Milpitas, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 6. Santa Teresa will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
