The Atkins Camels basketball team (Winston-Salem, NC), was nudged 45-40 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Parkland Mustangs (Winston-Salem, NC)

The Mustangs now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Winston-Salem Prep for a non-league battle on Friday, December 2. Parkland will battle a Phoenix team coming off a 78-16 non-league loss to Glenn (Kernersville, NC). The Phoenix record now stands at 0-1.

The Camels (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Parkland (Winston-Salem, NC). The Mustangs come into the non-league battle with a 4-0 record. In their last battle, Parkland edged Winston-Salem Prep (Winston-Salem, NC), 69-57, in a non-league battle.
