The Brilliant Tigers basketball team (Brilliant, AL), was toppled 56-38 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Hubbertville Lions (Fayette, AL)
The Lions now possess a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Marion County for a 1A Area 11 battle on Friday, December 1. Hubbertville will confront a Red Raiders team coming off a 77-55 non-league win over Mars Hill Bible (Florence, AL). The Red Raiders record now stands at 2-1.
The Tigers (3-3) will now prepare for their battle against Lynn (Lynn, AL). The Bears come into the 1A Area 11 battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, Lynn was toppled by Addison (Addison, AL), 80-64, in a non-league battle.
