Nebraska High School Basketball - McCool Junction succumbs to Cross County

The Cross County Cougars topped the visiting McCool Junction Mustangs basketball team by a final score of 44-31 in Thursday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Cougars face the Shelby-Rising City Huskies (Shelby, NE) in a C2 District 4 game, on Friday, December 1. Cross County will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record.

With the defeat, McCool Junction moves to 0-1 on the year. The Mustangs host Hampton (Hampton, NE) to face the Hawks in a non-league game on Saturday, December 2.
