Subiaco Academy Trojans (Subiaco, AR) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Lavaca Golden Arrows (Lavaca, AR), 75-60 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Subiaco Academy upgrades its record to 6-0 on the season. The Trojans travel to Waldron (Waldron, AR) to clash with the Bulldogs in a 4A Region 4 bout on Friday, December 1. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 4-2. Waldron won 68-44 in their recent non-league bout against Mansfield (Mansfield, AR)

Next up, the Golden Arrows clash with the County Line Indians (Branch, AR) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 2. Lavaca will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record. The Indians go into the bout with a 7-3 record after their 61-51 non-league loss to Pea Ridge (Pea Ridge, AR).
