The Piedmont Bulldogs (Piedmont, AL) basketball crushed the host Sand Rock Wildcats (Leesburg, AL), 70-49 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Bulldogs (2-1) will now prepare for their test against Wellborn (Anniston, AL). The Panthers go into the 3A Area 11 test with a 1-2 record.
The Wildcats now own a 0-9 record. They play next when they host Glencoe for a non-league test on Friday, December 1. Sand Rock will encounter a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 81-60 non-league loss to Alexandria (Alexandria, AL). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 1-4.
