In Thursday's non-league outing, the West Marshall Trojans (State Center, IA) basketball squad edged the host South Hardin Tigers (Eldora, IA), by a count of 70-63.
The Trojans (1-1) will now prepare for their outing against Roland-Story (Story City, IA). The Norsemen go into the Heart of Iowa - Large outing with a 1-0 record. In their last outing, Roland-Story held off Gilbert (Gilbert, IA), 94-87, in a non-league outing.
The Tigers now hold a 0-1 record. They play next when they host East Marshall for a non-league outing on Tuesday, December 5.
