Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Chippewa Hills Warriors (Remus, MI) and the visiting Newaygo Lions (Newaygo, MI), saw Chippewa Hills's basketball squad overcome Newaygo by a tally of 47-27.
With the victory, Chippewa Hills improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Gladwin (Gladwin, MI) to confront the Flying G's in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 6. The Flying G's come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
