The Serra Cavaliers basketball team (Gardena, CA), was toppled 74-64 in Thursday's league battle with the host Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary Cardinals (Montebello, CA)
The Cardinals now possess a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Saint Joseph for a Camino Real battle on Tuesday, December 5. Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary will confront a Jesters team coming off a 49-44 non-league win over Orange (Orange, CA). The Jesters record now stands at 7-0.
The Cavaliers (1-4) will now prepare for their battle against St. Monica (Santa Monica, CA). The Mariners come into the Camino Real battle with a 6-2 record. In their last battle, St. Monica beat Highland (Palmdale, CA), 65-63, in a non-league battle.
