Florida High School Basketball - Taylor County knocked off by Franklin County

November 30, 2023: Perry, FL 32347

The Franklin County Seahawks basketball team scored 38 points and restricted the host Taylor County Bulldogs to 29 in the Seahawks non-league victory on Thursday.

The Seahawks now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Bay Haven Academy for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 2. Franklin County will battle a Buccaneers team coming off a 50-33 non-league loss to Bozeman (Panama City, FL). The Buccaneers record now stands at 2-3.

The Bulldogs (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Wakulla (Crawfordville, FL). The War Eagles go into the non-league test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Wakulla thwarted Jefferson County (Monticello, FL), 44-7, in a non-league test.
