The Lockwood Tigers basketball team scored 53 points and restricted the host Greenfield Wildcats to 27 in the Tigers non-league victory on Thursday.
The Tigers now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host McAuley Catholic for a non-league contest on Friday, December 1. Lockwood will battle a Warriors team coming off a 48-47 non-league win over East Newton (Granby, MO). The Warriors record now stands at 1-2.
The Wildcats (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Liberal (Liberal, MO). The Bulldogs come into the non-league contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Liberal triumphed over Jefferson Independent Day (Joplin, MO), 57-27, in a non-league contest.
