The Sauk Centre Mainstreeters basketball team scored 41 points and held the host Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta Tigers to 29 in the Mainstreeters non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Mainstreeters now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Crosby-Ironton for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 2. Sauk Centre will meet a Rangers team coming off a 75-61 non-league win over Proctor (Proctor, MN). The Rangers record now stands at 1-0.

The Tigers (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Melrose (Melrose, MN). The Dutchmen enter the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Melrose was outscored by Brandon/Evansville (Brandon, MN), 50-28, in a non-league contest.
