California High School Basketball - Vallejo can't hold off Richmond

The Richmond Oilers basketball team scored 47 points and restricted the host Vallejo Redhawks to 45 in the Oilers league victory on Thursday.

The Oilers now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host San Rafael for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 6. Richmond will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 61-31 non-league loss to International (San Francisco, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-1.

The Redhawks (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Albany (Albany, CA). The Cougars come into the Tri-County - Stone contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Albany was nudged by Tamalpais (Mill Valley, CA), 44-22, in a non-league contest.
