The Stephen-Argyle Central Storm basketball team scored 56 points and held the visiting Warren-Alvarado-Oslo Ponies to 48 in the Storm league triumph on Thursday.
The Storm now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northern Freeze co-op [Marshall County Central/Tri-County] for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 4.
The Ponies (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Warroad (Warroad, MN). The Warriors enter the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Warroad ran past Lake of the Woods (Baudette, MN), 59-54, in a non-league contest.
