Foundation Academy Lions (Winter Garden, FL) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Forest Lake Academy Panthers (Apopka, FL), 29-16 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Foundation Academy upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Lions travel to Master's Academy (Oviedo, FL) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 2. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Master's Academy won 24-22 in their recent non-league bout against Seminole (Sanford, FL)

Next up, the Panthers play the Central Florida Christian Academy Eagles (Ocoee, FL) in a bout, on Monday, December 4. Forest Lake Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
