Ocosta Wildcats (Westport, WA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Chief Leschi Warriors (Puyallup, WA), 53-38 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Ocosta upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Wildcats host Hoquiam (Hoquiam, WA) to clash with the Grizzlies in a non-league bout on Monday, December 4. The Grizzlies go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Hoquiam lost 66-65 in their recent non-league bout against Willapa Valley (Menlo, WA)

Next up, the Warriors clash with the Raymond Seagulls (Raymond, WA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 13. Chief Leschi will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
