In Thursday's non-league battle, the visiting Booker Tornadoes soccer squad scored a good 8-0 win over the Port Charlotte Pirates.
The Tornadoes (3-0) will now prepare for their battle against Gibbs (St. Petersburg, FL). The Gladiators go into the 4A D11 battle with a 0-4 record. In their last battle, Gibbs was overwhelmed by Northeast (St. Petersburg, FL), 7-1, in a non-league battle.
The Pirates (0-9) will now prepare for their battle against Braden River (Bradenton, FL). The Pirates go into the 5A D10 battle with a 5-0 record. In their last battle, Braden River notched a victory over Bayshore (Bradenton, FL), 4-0, in a non-league battle.
