Georgia High School Basketball - Taylor County overwhelmed by Upson-Lee

In Saturday's non-league test, the Upson-Lee Knights (Thomaston, GA) basketball squad trounced the visiting Taylor County Vikings (Butler, GA), by a final score of 64-38.

Next, the Knights clash with the Whitewater Wildcats (Fayetteville, GA) in a AAA Region 2 test, on Friday, December 6. Upson-Lee will attempt to improve on its 2-0 season record.

In their next game, the Vikings encounter the Furlow Charter School Falcons (Americus, GA) in a A D2 Region 6 challenge, on Monday, December 2. Taylor County will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 0-4 record after their 51-21 non-league loss to Scintilla Charter Academy (Valdosta, GA).
