The Ashland Blue Jays walloped the host Golden Plains Bulldogs football team by a count of 62-14 in Friday's non-league outing.

With the win, Ashland upgrades its record to 7-1 on the season. The Blue Jays travel to Northern Valley (Almena, KS) to encounter the Huskies in a non-league outing on Friday, November 11. The Huskies go into the outing with a record of 7-2. Northern Valley won 58-0 in their recent non-league outing against Deerfield (Deerfield, KS)

With the loss, Golden Plains moves to 3-7 on the season.
