The Silver Fighting Colts volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Santa Teresa Desert Warriors to 1 in the Fighting Colts non-league victory on Saturday.

The Fighting Colts now have a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Deming for a non-league game on Tuesday, November 7. Silver will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Chaparral (Chaparral, NM). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-8.

The Desert Warriors (9-5) will now prepare for their game against Chaparral (Chaparral, NM). The Lobos enter the non-league game with a 0-9 record. In their last game, Chaparral was nudged by Deming (Deming, NM), 2-0, in a non-league game.
