The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Houston Hilltoppers (Houston, MS) and the host West Point Green Wave (West Point, MS), observed Houston's basketball team edge West Point by a score of 50-45.

The Hilltoppers (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Oxford (Oxford, MS). The Chargers come into the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Oxford tipped Coffeeville (Coffeeville, MS), 74-14, in a non-league battle.

The Green Wave now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Louisville for a non-league battle on Thursday, November 13.
