The Greater Latrobe Wildcats nudged the host Wheeling Park Patriots ice hockey team by a margin of 7-6 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Wildcats now own a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Baldwin for a bout on Thursday, November 6. Greater Latrobe will play a Highlanders squad coming off a 8-1 league loss to Penn-Trafford (Harrison City, PA). The Highlanders record now stands at 2-7.

The Patriots (0-4) will now prepare for their test against Shaler Area (Pittsburgh, PA). The Titans come into the test with a 4-4 record. In their last test, Shaler Area was edged by Armstrong (Kittanning, PA), 4-2, in a league outing.
