The Springer Red Devils topped the host Maxwell Bears volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Friday's league test.
The Red Devils now have a 16-4 record.
The Bears (10-7) will now prepare for their test against Roy/Mosquero (Roy, NM). The Blue or Lady Blue enter the 1A District 5 test with a 10-5 record. In their last test, Roy/Mosquero gained a win over Des Moines (Des Moines, NM), 3-1, in a league test.
